Saturday Greetings 106 has craft articles, tutorials, and ideas that I have hand-picked, especially for you. You just click on the green text to view the pattern, web site, or recipe. A new tab will open up with further information on your device. This page will be waiting for you at the old tab.
Ashley of A Crafty Concept created these cute crochet monsters for her children. She calls them Bubble Bugs and even has a printable adoption certificate you can download and use.
They use Spinlella Yarn by Lion Brand Yarn.
In past Saturday Greetings, we talked about outside herb gardens. Today, I thought it might interesting to review houseplants. The first post will present ten houseplants for your bedroom. Since I noticed that several of the recommended houseplants might be toxic to our beloved pets, I am also providing links to posts identifying such plants.
Today, I have an introductory video about loom knitting. If you have hand problems and can no longer use a crochet hook on knitting needles, you might want to give loom knitting a try. Even if you aren’t having dexterity problems, you might be surprised how much fun loom knitting can be. Kristen Magnus of Good Knit Kisses created this introductory video.
I have written some blog posts about loom knitting. Be sure and check them out, too! I still wear the cowl that I made. Sadly, at the age of 18, Baxter, the Cat in the Hat, passed over the rainbow bridge.
If you are like me, you may be wondering if your routine laundry and cleaning habits are enough to protect your family and yourself. So Sew Easy has put together a list of Five Ways to Disinfect Clothes and Fight the Virus. I think this virus is going to be around a while longer.
Weave this adorable llama with the little ones in your life. These adorable cardboard woven llamas are from Pink Stripey Socks.
This week’s Saturday Greetings 106 has two recipes.
The following recipe is definitely on my “Must-Try” list. Meal Plan Addict has created an Instant Pot Ginger Beef Stir Fry that is keto-friendly but should please all who like beef stir fry.
I haven’t forgotten those of you who are not watching your carbs. This seven-ingredient recipe sounds really delicious. If you fix it, let me know what you think.
If you need help finding a recipe, craft pattern, project help, or want to chat, comment in the section below, or send a contact form, and I will get back with you ASAP.
I appreciate all comments and shares of this post. As they say, “The more the merrier”.
Until next week, please wear a mask around others and stay safe.
